The Everwell Contrast Experience

Our private suite features an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and shower for a personalized wellness experience. Enjoy a private session or reserve with a friend or partner. Choose from 30- or 60-minute sessions and customize your visit by alternating between the sauna, shower, and cold plunge.

  • Step into our calm and tranquil infrared sauna to reset and recharge. Connect to bluetooth to listen to the music or podcast of your choice or unplug as your unwind.

  • Immerse in the cold plunge. It is recommended to plunge for 2-3 minutes.

  • Repeat this process 2-3 times, recommended to end on cold.

  • To harness the power of contrast therapy, the Soberg Principal recommends spending approximately 11 minutes per week in the cold and 57 minutes in heat. This duration is enough to stimulate your body's adaptive responses without subjecting yourself to prolonged discomfort.

The infrared warmth of the sauna not only promotes relaxation but also complements the effects of cold therapy.

While you can certainly do more in the cold, it's worth noting that the benefits after the recommended timing are minimal. As with cold exposure, you can extend your time, but the recommended timing balances efficacy and comfort.
