What to Expect
Our private suite features an infrared sauna and rinse shower. Enjoy a private session or reserve with a partner or up to 3 friends. Choose from 20- or 40-minute sessions.
-
Once you arrive, you’ll be led to a private room with our state-of-the-art Infrared Sauna. An Everwell team member will walk you through the sauna and answer any questions you may have.
Step into our calm and tranquil infrared sauna to reset and recharge. Connect to bluetooth to listen to music, meditation, the podcast of your choice or unplug as you unwind.
Enhance your sauna experience and transform your mental well-being with Chromotherapy, or color therapy, the science of using colors to adjust body vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony. Chromotherapy works on various energy points to help balance your body via the full spectrum of visible light. Each color possesses frequencies of a specific vibration, and each vibration is related to different physical symptoms.
Choose the color that matches your wellness needs.
-
To get the most out of your session, we recommend arriving well-hydrated. Proper hydration before, during, and after your sauna supports circulation, enhances the body’s natural detoxification processes, and helps you feel your best throughout the experience.
Wear loose fitting clothes or a bathing suit (or similar). Towels are available on site.
It is recommended to arrive with product-free skin so your body can fully benefit from the deep, penetrating heat and natural sweating process.
-
While both traditional and infrared saunas offer meaningful benefits, infrared heat works differently, penetrating deeper into the body rather than simply warming the surrounding air. This allows for an effective, full-body experience that supports circulation, recovery, and relaxation, all while feeling gentler and more comfortable than the intense heat of a traditional sauna.
-
Based on your goals, it is recommended to sauna at least 3x/week for a minimum of 20 minutes.
