Kickoff the weekend at Pvolve Barrington with a Pride themed playlist. Move with purpose and celebrate Pride with us. Wear your brightest colors, enjoy an energizing full-body sculpt class, and support a great cause.

Time: 4:30 PM-5:20 PM (the class is 50 minutes, inclusive of warm up and cool down)
What to Bring: Just bring sneakers and we’ll provide the vibes and equipment!
What is a Pvolve Sculpt Class: The Pvolve Method’s Sculpt class is our signature, low-impact workout that combines functional movement with resistance equipment to build total-body strength, mobility, and stability. Rather than isolating muscles, it mimics everyday movements to promote long-term joint health, better posture, and lean muscle tone.
Ticket proceeds are donated to Rhode Island Pride. Rhode Island Pride brings together the greater LGBTQIA+ community to commemorate diverse heritage, foster inclusion, educate and create awareness of issues, and celebrate achievements in equality.
